I just upgraded my motherboard and CPU, but it still won’t boot into BIOS no matter what I try. I’ve cleaned everything, installed Windows from a flash drive, but it doesn’t install properly. I’ve unplugged all storage except my thumb drive with Windows 10, and even with all drives connected, it still fails to install. My motherboard is an MSI B760 gaming model. My new CPU is a 12th Gen, likely needing a Core i5-12 600 KF. I have two DDR5 sticks at 5200 MHz from Corsair Vengeance. I can share photos of my BIOS and the issue whenever I attempt to boot from the flash drive, though I’m not very experienced. I really need this working quickly for work.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! I’ve attempted to clean and reinstall Windows from a flash drive, but it still doesn’t install. Where did you obtain the installer for the operating system? I’ve unplugged all storage devices except my thumb drive running Windows 10, and even with all drives connected and the boot drive active, it still fails to install. You only have the drive you want to install on, while other drives can be removed or disconnected. How are you managing the processor cooling? What is your motherboard’s BIOS version? Have you considered breadboarding the system? Please share your build details: CPU, cooler, motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, power supply, chassis, OS, monitor, and the age of the PSU along with its model. Also, let me know the current BIOS version for your motherboard.

won't install Windows refers to whether the system starts the installer but doesn't complete the installation process or never attempts to boot into it.

I used the Microsoft creator tool to transfer Windows 10 to a thumb drive, and also attempted to install Windows 11 (I’ve been using Windows 10 before the upgrade).
My BIOS version is E7D98IMS.H30.
The motherboard is an MSI B760 Gaming.
The CPU cooler is a CORSAIR H100i RGB Platinum AIO.
CPU is an Intel Core i5-12600KF Desktop Processor 10 (6P+4E) with up to 4.9 GHz, Unlocked LGA1700 600 Series Chipset, 125W power.
RAM is CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 16GB (2x8GB) at 5200MHz, CL40 Intel XMP iCUE compatible, black color.
Storage includes a Crucial MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA SSD (up to 560MB/s), and two Samsung 250g SSDs.
The GPU is an EVGA 10G-P5-3897-KR GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3, featuring 10GB GDDR6X, iCX3 technology, ARGB LED, and a metal backplate.
The case is an FSP E-ATX Mid Tower PC Gaming Case with two translucent tempered glass panels.
The power supply is an EVGA 850 B5, 80 Plus BRONZE 850W, fully modular, EVGA ECO Mode, 5-year warranty, compact at 150mm, and includes a 220-B5-0850-V1 unit.
My monitor is a 32” MSi Optix 1440p display with 165Hz refresh rate.
My operating system remains Windows 10 for a long time.
This is essentially all I recall from my Amazon purchases.

It allows trying the installation but prevents selecting a drive, mentioning issues with partitions. It also shuts down directly when turned on.

It might be an issue with the drive.

I have images showing its actions, but I'm uncertain about sharing them or whether it's possible.

It seems your boot drive isn't being detected by the BIOS. Installing Windows requires a functional drive; otherwise, you'll encounter issues similar to what you're experiencing.
