Hello, your existing Windows 10 setup is still compatible with the SSD you're using. You can keep the same SSD on the new PC, and Windows 10 should function properly. No changes needed unless you're switching operating systems entirely.

Each motherboard treats itself as a distinct device needing a new Windows setup. You can retain your SSD data but must reinstall Windows 10.

Relies on the Windows license and/or your location. Microsoft doesn't allow transferring OEM licenses, though German law requires them to be transferable.

You can obtain Windows 10 from Microsoft's website. The article you referenced explains the proper method to transfer the license legally, provided your Windows version allows it.
