Hi, I'm trying to overclock my Ryzen Master card but the CPU isn't going at full speed until there is a lot of load. My power saving features are turned off in the BIOS. The CPU I have is an AMD Ryzen 3600 with a B450m motherboard. The best overclocks I've seen for this chip are around 4.4ghz and 4.2ghz, but I want it to run at full speed all the time for better performance. Can anyone show me how to do this? here is a picture of my problem

Just do it inside the BIOS settings and make sure it stays saved there.

I tried changing my CPU settings inside the BIOS using two different tricks, but even after that, my Ryzen Master app isn't showing my processor at full speed.
