I own a few GTX 600 models that aren’t working and aren’t spinning. I’m running an Intel Core i3-12100F with a Gigabyte 660M, using an old power supply from about a decade ago. The CPU fan is spinning, but the GPU isn’t outputting anything.

the gpu fan seems to be damaged too. it's difficult to rotate it using my fingers. the motherboard, cpu, and ram are all brand new.

The graphics card is still functioning, I connected it to another computer and it worked, producing a picture, but the cooling fan stopped working.

It could be that your power supply unit is faulty. Alternatively, the connection might not have been made correctly. Consider reattaching it.
