So I've never attempted to overclock before, always sticking with the standard CPUs and GPUs. But last year I managed an upgrade and I'm eager to extract the maximum performance from it since I've been running on stock until now. I'm unsure how to proceed and whether my system can handle it.
My setup:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X (with Wraith Prism cooler)
GPU: Sapphire RX 5700XT nitro+ SE
RAM: 16GB Corsair 3200MHz (operating at maximum with XMP)
Motherboard: Gigabyte x570 GAMING X
Power Supply: 650W (Segotep RP, likely)
PC case: 4 fans
If anyone could recommend some excellent tutorial videos—preferably top quality—I'd appreciate it.

Compared to PBO and some Ryzen tuning tools, using manual fixed clocks appears questionable, often leading to minor FPS drops versus performance gains from optimizing certain cores.

Don't bother OCing processor, specially not under stock cooler.
No reason to OC that graphic card either, all you will get is trouble.

Are you sure? Not even the gpu like in the video above? because it looks like its getting 5+fps boost

The 5fps improvement isn't worth the gamble, even at 50.

What makes 5fps worthwhile after all the testing to ensure stability in Oc?

It might be suggested that OC is more about tuning in today's world. For me, I do OC both, though not for the reasons some might believe.

agreed. attempting to overclock the AMD processor is nearly ineffective.
