Hi, I have two users: A and B. A is the administrator and B is a normal user. I lost A's password or PIN. Now I can only log in as a regular user with B. If there is any way for me to give B admin rights? I tried every option to recover B's password but it won't work. I was thinking the only way is to reinstall Windows completely again?

It's made that way so regular people can't become admins on their own. If you don't have an admin login, you're stuck with having to start over again.
