Chose to assemble a PC for my sister and after gathering parts I noticed using XMP certified RAM instead of ECC. Will it work with Ryzen 7 7700X? I’ll spend some time setting it up and troubleshooting any issues if needed. The CPU is still in stock. It’s a Ryzen 7 7700X, cooler: Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4, motherboard: M. DIMM Mag B650 Tomahawk, Wi-Fi: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5600MHz XMP certified. The XMP profile should function with the newest BIOS. Older BIOS versions may cause problems, which can often be resolved by setting memory timings and frequency manually.
