I have CL16 RAM but CPU-Z displays only 18 clocks instead of the expected 16.

Display image of the ram module. The box and module don't match.
Likely it was an open box or used. You have a PVS416G 360C8 module here.
Anyway, usually a 3600mhz CL18 RAM can also work in 3200mhz CL16 mode.
You just need to manually adjust the DRAM settings in BIOS.
But why are you so focused on the CL value?
It would be more important to ensure your RAM operates in single-channel mode.
For the best setup, two RAM modules should run in dual-channel mode.
CL16 and CL18 differences aren't that significant.
Cancel this and receive a dual channel kit instead (two modules included).
I changed my BIOS settings and added my second 16gb ram. Is everything okay?
It seems okay. You might consider checking RAM stability using memtest86.
It seems to be a poor quality image. Is there something specific you'd like to discuss about it?
Tried adjusting the first parameter to 16 and the last to 36, resulting in zero errors. Most issues stem from tRP being 18. Setting it to auto with tRCD at 18 resolved one error. What values should be used for tRP and tRCP when CAS is 16 and tRAS is 36?
