I've checked the rest of my PC and everything seems fine except for the USB ports, GPU lights, fans, cooler, and the HDMI cable. When I plugged in the cable to the GPU and motherboard, no signal appeared. After clearing the CMOS via jumpers and replacing the battery, it still didn’t work. I even bought a speaker on the motherboard, but it didn’t beep at all—even after checking for orientation issues. Please let me know what I missed. I noticed my CPU was throttling, so I changed the thermal paste. I removed the RAM, cleaned both components, and put everything back. Now it won’t power up. It’s really confusing.

You took the CPU out to clean it because it seems to complicate things. The main tip I can offer is to unplug everything, disassemble it, and then reassemble it carefully, verifying each connection and cable. In the worst scenario, you might find a loose cable or RAM stick.

It looks like everything isn’t functioning properly, especially if you can’t access the BIOS. It feels similar to a situation where nothing works—just lights and fans without any input or output from the computer. You might need to inspect each cable, unplug and reattach them, remove the GPU and reinstall it. A loose GPU connection could be the issue, so double-check all connections carefully.
