Yes, they can work together since both are DDR2 RAM modules. The 800 MHz stick is compatible with the 667 MHz one on the same system.

You can combine the sticks, though they’ll both operate at the fastest frequency of 667 MHz. The only possible issue is the computer failing to start, which means it’s safe to give it a try.
