I finally understood the reasons behind my blue screen and crashes.
Long and short, my boot drive nvme stops responding and it brings down my whole system. So after numerous posts on here and issues, ive finally figured out what's crashing my system. I caught it red handed. I basically had my computer open with all the drives there. Suddenly the c: drive vanished then reappeared again. From there i couldn't double click the drive and open it. It wasn't responding. The other 4 drives i had attached at the time responded and open. Just the boot drive wouldn't respond. 2 mns later the system blue screened and crashed. So it was the thing i was dreading the most. My nvme drives aren't working on my motherboard. Fyi when the system crashes because of this it hangs pre post. The graphics bios shows, the ram is up, the cpu is up, the motherboard is up but it won't post. I figured out that when it does this, it's hanging waiting for the drives to respond. If i turn it off at the mains for a few minutes then try again. It start's working after that. I left it after it had crashed. It hung at the graphics bios screen. But i left it for ages this time. Eventually, after a fair bit of time, it posted. Except it booted into the bios and my nvme boot drive wasn't detected. Atm im not sure if it's my nvme drive or the motherboard. I can't say for sure. I need to test more.
Consider visiting the manufacturer's site to look for reported problems or BIOS updates first. Replacing the MVME could improve connector contact by removing any dirt or wear that might lead to inconsistent connections.
I'm already checking the newest non-beta bios and matching drivers. I did that a few weeks back, but it didn't make much difference. Following your suggestion, I cleaned the NVMe ports using an iPDA and a toothbrush to scrub the connectors. I also repeatedly inserted the device into the port to ensure thorough cleaning. It seems we're just waiting to observe any improvement. I'm fairly sure this issue stems from the motherboard itself. My board features two NVMe slots, each performing differently. I currently use one NVMe drive for diagnostics, though I have both NVMe drives available. When I insert a drive into slot 1, it appears during boot but fails to respond and crashes Windows intermittently. In slot 2, the drive doesn't crash but sometimes doesn't appear on cold starts. I always need to press the reset button to make it show up. Regardless of which drive I use, the behavior remains consistent across slots. It appears the motherboard is the root cause. The NVMe ports aren't functioning correctly. A potential fix would be to move away from NVMe and rely solely on my HDDs and SATA SSDs.
