So whenever I play online games and only in those games I experience lag spikes every 4-5 minutes, lasting a few seconds before returning to normal. My ping increases to 200 to 300ms. I’ve been using a mobile hotspot for a long time on my new laptop since the purchase, but I never faced issues before. The problem began after just a week.

if it occurs on both your desktop and laptop, i'd say it's likely related to your internet connection. have you contacted your service provider?

As I mentioned, I'm not having any issues before. It worked well on my new laptop for the first week too. I don't think it's time to upgrade the Wi-Fi card just yet.

I only encounter issues in online games, while everything else such as browsing the internet, YouTube, etc., works smoothly.

I also attempted to play games using another internet service, but the problem persisted.
