Is it true that you transferred an earlier Windows setup from a different hardware setup to this current version? What were the prior elements?

I just reinstalled Windows 11 Pro after adding new parts. The previous setup was:
- CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
- RAM: Kingston Fury 2x8 1400MHz
- No water cooling base cooler included with the Ryzen
- PSU: Deltoro 750W

Is your motherboard BIOS the latest non-beta release?
Are you adjusting any settings (CPU, GPU, RAM)?
Did you obtain your AMD chipset drivers straight from AMD? The same applies to your Nvidia GPU, directly from Nvidia?

TBH I’m not sure about the motherboard BIOS update—I just left it as it came out of the box.
The GPU driver has been updated to the latest version, and Windows 11 is also running the newest updates.
I haven’t overclocked anything.
By the way, what I’m saying might sound a bit gibberish, but my motherboard says it can handle the high MHz RAM where 5600 is listed as the OC. My default RAM is 5600MHz, but my brother has the same setup and doesn’t have any issues.
EDIT: My components are only a day old; I’m not worried they’re faulty since I have warranty coverage, so I can replace them anytime if needed.

Verify the BIOS settings.

This might resolve the problem. Your memory is functioning properly.

We just verified that our motherboard updates match perfectly, possibly not the latest but identical. And regarding updating the BIOS, I’m unsure about the steps since I’ve never changed one before.

Instructions are available here: [Motherboard] Updating BIOS with EZFlash 2 | Official Support | ASUS USA
Typically, you save the file to a USB stick and unzip it. Enter BIOS, navigate to the updater area, and begin the process by choosing the USB drive and files you have stored. Do not turn off the system during this update. It usually only takes a short time.
