A solid value board, no major issues detected.
If they pass a 100% load stress test (Prime95 for added reliability, it's a power virus test) over an extended period—like overnight or 24 hours—they should be fine.
For testing the previous PSU, simply plug it into your system using the proper cables and see if it can manage GPU and CPU loads while booting up.
