Browser, version and operating system: Windows 11 Steps to recreate/previous actions? It was a new PC. I connected the new monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Still, it won’t boot. The CPU fan is active, the case fan light works. The monitor displays no signal, and both the keyboard and mouse failed to light up or detect anything. I attempted a BIOS flashback from a website (the drive was formatted FAT32 with BIOS software, renamed). But it didn’t work as expected. I’ll include a picture of the PC specifications. What outcome were you anticipating? If you have a link to the incident page, please share it. Any additional information: If the issue originated from Cloudflare, could you provide the ray ID from the bottom of the error screen?

You might have been scammed—inspect your cable and confirm it's not a gaming PC, but an office model.

Double-check where your monitor cable is plugged in—confirm it’s connected to the GPU, not the motherboard. Also, verify that your monitor input is set to the correct channel (HDMI or DP).

It was connected through an APU without a GPU. It was received via HDMI, and the monitor also used HDMI input.
