if you're experiencing these many problems while playing games online with others, consider performing a factory reset on the router. If that doesn't resolve the issue, reach out to your ISP as they might be blocking certain services.

Your port forwarding configuration should be located in the router's settings. The port forwarding rules in your router must target a particular IP address assigned to your computer, which should be manually configured as a static IP on your device.

If you recently installed Windows, the static IP settings in Windows were cleared to automatic. If you can't recall the static IP you established, navigate to your router's settings, proceed to port forwarding, identify the IP assigned for the Minecraft port, and configure that as your static IP in the IPV4 section of your network adapter.

Regarding NAT, some routers offer an option for NAT settings specific to the router model. Otherwise, a reliable DNS service is recommended. Google's DNS works well:
Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

I've set the static IP and DNS, but it's still not working. Do you have any idea or should I contact someone from my internet service?

Use this website to confirm the router is actually forwarding the port.
Start the server first, then verify the forwarding status.
Open Port Check Tool -- Confirm Port Forwarding on Your Router
A complimentary tool to identify open ports and ensure proper routing.
Test if port forwarding is working or if your firewall/ISP is restricting it.

if you claim you can't run the server jar file at all, that's another problem, and it could mean you don't have the newest Java version or none at all.

So now I'm fine with Minecraft, but on Honor I have Red Nat and I can't change it. Because of that, I can't host Monopoly Plus servers and the port checker doesn't detect any ports.
