I simply reinstall it using an .iso file from the hard drive. It should restore everything exactly as before—settings, installed programs, and the Windows key should remain active. If SFC can't fix the corruption, you’ll need another method to recover the files.

Reinstalling creates a brand new setup with no applications. You must also turn on the operating system. Are you asking about cloning an OS? You can copy an OS to a different storage device.

Only the corrupt files need correction. Your programs and settings will remain intact.

Which corrupted files are involved? What problem are you experiencing?

This appears to be a command used for restoring system health.
