Hey everyone, I'm considering a second run and thinking about adding mods. Any recommendations?
That’s not the complete set of issues I’m dealing with. I’ve got more active stuff going on. But if everything is installed properly and all compatibility fixes are applied, you shouldn’t run into any CTDs. The only problems I’ve seen so far are a few scattered textures, like really messy areas. It’s not too bad—I don’t think it’s worth getting frustrated over fixing it.
Never attempted before. Whenever I used enb or any shader mod, they either looked bad, performed poorly in motion, gave uncertain outcomes, or caused certain game elements to become unplayable or broken. For instance, nighttime at the airport in GTA4 appeared extremely poor. That’s why I stopped trying on forums. I’ve also never managed to closely match any promotional screenshots for the mod. So I’ve essentially given up on that series.
