i'm unable to turn on XMP or OC for my CPU in the Z390 Aorus Ultra. I can enable OC but the voltage remains at 1.5V regardless of speed. Only at 5GHz does it work properly. Config: i9 9900K, golden sample Z390 Aorus Ultra ML360R cooler, master 32GB (4x8), 3600MHz. I can reach up to 4000MHz on other boards with the same CPU, but not in this model. I have an RTX 2080 GTX 2TB, 240GB SATA SSD, 1TB M.2 Corsair RM850X, BIOS version F10h. Disclaimer: I can only OC the CPU in the XTU, it's unstable, and I can't enable XMP in RAM or make other changes in BIOS.

Reset CMOS, begin with a clean slate and turn off all changes made in XTU. Switch to BIOS controls and attempt to enable XMP.

If the board isn't moving forward, we should consider updating or rolling back the bios revision. Alternatively, we could try a different approach by combining two methods and seeing if it works. That's the best I can offer right now.

The board simply can't match what others do. It's straightforward—most of these codes are restricted or not listed. Be cautious to avoid damaging the system.

Yes, I’d switch to another Z390, though none are available right now. Next month I plan to upgrade to a 10700kf or 10900kf and a Z490 Meg Ace.
