It's unusual, but you must install the WIFI drivers for your motherboard. This can be achieved by saving them to a USB drive and moving them over, or by connecting via a network cable.

From the sounds of it, you're trying to install windows 11 but can't due to the network requirement. Follow this guide to bypass this so you can complete the install and then install the drivers once you get windows installed. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insi...79fd55ae0f
