I believe my CPU might be limiting the GPU performance and overclocking it could resolve this. During gameplay, my GPU usage reaches 50% maximum while the CPU remains high, causing FPS problems. I can't locate the BIOS overclocking options. My system details are: GTX 1070, AMD Ryzen 5 1400 @ 3.2ghz, 8GB DDR4 RAM, and a 500W power supply. Thanks if anyone has advice.

That motherboard only supports X and Z chipset, not others. This isn't accurate. B series chipsets work with all AMD chips for overclocking on the AM4 platform. You can download Ryzen Master from the provided link. If you can't find instructions in your system bios, try overclocking there. Just monitor temperatures carefully, as I don't know if your board has heatsinks on the VRMS.

The motherboard only supports X and Z chipset, so I can't overclock the CPU or reduce the GPU's 50% usage.

It seems you're using a prebuilt Acer system, which likely has the BIOS secured to stop modifications, even though the B350 chipset typically permits changes.
