I reached out to the provider, but they couldn't assist. I then attempted to input the IP manually, though it failed. Please check if any settings need adjustment.

Unfortunately we'll need a LOT more information. But here's some general advice. Assuming you have a normal home router, you must have DHCP enabled on your computer's network adapter (wifi or ethernet). You should not be setting an IP address manually.

What details do you need? I understand you prefer not to adjust the IP manually, but since previous attempts failed, please share the information so I can assist further.

The router model you're using is clearly visible. It connects via the specified cable without any damage reported. This setup has functioned previously; other wired devices operate without issues. You've confirmed the device is set to DHCP and there are no custom DNS, IP, or subnet configurations applied.

I don’t understand the router model we’re using. I’ve tested two cables, both function properly, and changing DNS settings or other configurations didn’t make a difference. It seems to work across different devices as well.

Regarding other gadgets in the same port, it's hard to say without knowing the destination of the other side.

You’re looking at a picture of an unidentified wall socket and are unsure about its purpose or location. You’re wondering if you’re in a shared space like a building or office, or perhaps at home. Without knowing whether internet access is available, you’re unsure how to proceed. What’s your current environment?

cable enters the pc and connects to lan1, internet functions flawlessly; however, the pc still can't access it despite the working port.

Remove the drivers for your network adapter on your computer, then restart and reinstall them from the official source on the motherboard website. Move the updated version to your PC using a memory stick.
