I've purchased items from Vivo and feel it's okay. They're available at a few locations, possibly offering direct sales. Their website might have options that suit your requirements. Ergotron is another brand I'm familiar with, though it tends to be more costly.

On Aliexpress delivery takes about 5 years, but based on my Amazon experience, I receive things in roughly 1.5 days on average.

You likely have everything required at nearby hardware shops. Galvanized pipes, a few connectors and screws for the Vesa mount are available. If you prefer not to use the Vesa mount, there’s no rule against placing a freestanding shelf above your main monitor.
