You're looking for a CPU upgrade that fits your budget while still improving performance. Given your current Intel i5 9600K, consider options like the i5-11600K or i7-11600K which offer better efficiency and value without breaking the bank.

Your other specifications include an i9-9900 processor, typically priced around $300, which is quite favorable.

Your options are limited to the 9th generation Intel processors. Could you tell me what your motherboard is? For Z390/Z370 models, consider the i9-9900K or 9900KF. If you have a H370 or B360, go with the i9-990 (non-K). And if you're using an H310, a 9700 might be better since most H310s have weak VRMs.

Is there anything going on? Your FPS seems okay; I wouldn’t adjust it. Or even better, I’d resist the temptation to tweak it.
