WiFi means wireless connection using your device to access the internet without cables. The correct phrase is "No internet," not "No WiFi."

You're right that we are in the middle of those cities but also put into Google maps my road which is Bess Rd and you'll see where I am specifically talking about. No trolling is going on. I just want to be able to have WiFi access from an ISP provider to have WiFi on that specific road which is Att's area to run the cable for that.

WiFi serves as a method for linking to "a network" without physical cables. Internet access within that network is not essential.

If your area lacks reliable internet, consider relocating to a city. ISPs often provide poor service in rural zones with low population density.

I reside in the Charlotte region. I think you require internet access? It's likely your area offers spectrum services. You might not achieve the highest speeds, but you should be able to reach at least 100mbps.

You're roughly a 10-mile radius from the nearest suburban zone. That explains why fixed-line options are tough. DSL would likely need to travel all the way back to Statesville, and signals wouldn't reach that distance. Installing fiber or coax for a PON/CMTS in the middle of nowhere across five houses would be extremely expensive. Unless you're lucky enough to find a spot in town where you can set up an antenna for a modest rental, things get complicated. Plus, many people claim they have no WiFi at all.
