I saved an ISO labeled 'Win10_1809Oct_EnglishInternational_x64' that was expected to include W10 LTSC. I used Rufus on a USB drive to create an installation tool. When I ran it, the selection appeared without any LTSC markers, so I need to determine which version to install. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

LTSC is designed specifically for Windows 10 Enterprise edition. If this isn't available, you won't be able to use it.

Did you fall victim to a Reddit scam? Were you investing your effort into creating a boot drive when they had other plans?

Likely. If it comes from Microsoft's ISO, it seems unlikely they offer the Enterprise version given the numerous requirements you'd need to satisfy.

The Reddit page appears heavily moderated with most comments removed. The high upvote count might suggest credibility, but the lack of visibility could raise doubts. It’s best to proceed cautiously.

I wouldn't install a Windows OS from an ISO not directly from Microsoft. As noted before, the only LTSC available is Enterprise. With a genuine Enterprise license, you'd get the real .iso files. Could you share your valid license details and your goal? Then we can move forward.

I use an older setup with Windows 7 and prefer it over regular Windows 10 because of the unwanted software and ads. The program in the link stopped working; it once downloaded a trial of LTSC and then patched it with missing files from the official version. Probably Microsoft changed their process so it won't work anymore. I understand they have the right to make it harder, but I’m happy now that it’s free from all the unnecessary bloat. I could have paid for it regularly, as long as it wasn’t too pricey, since I earn enough and spend around $50 a month on Twitch/Patreon for things I don’t really need. Still, I refuse to support Microsoft’s current tactics.

Your approach was considered piracy on a platform with strict guidelines against such matters. You can easily strip the unnecessary features of a standard Windows 10 license while keeping it legitimate. I don’t possess tools for bypassing security measures, but Windows 10 offers no significant advantage over browsers or smartphones in terms of privacy.

I was only asking about which one of the versions was LTSC until you came in and started inquiring about ''legit licenses'' and me answering honestly since why bother lying to people on the internet? You're the one trying to make this thread be about piracy and then proceeding to get mad about it not me, crybully. False. You can certainly remove some of it using various methods and programs but other things are hardwired into the OS. Tin foil hat about what, Windows 10 being far more anti-consumer, filled with bloatware and takes far more liberties with your personal information than Windows XP and Windows 7? Because that isn't even an opinion of mine, that's pretty much a fact. Yeah, that's some high standards you've got going there. If your argument in a discussion about spyware is saying that ''it isn't worse than google'' then that's your cue to leave.
