Earlier today I tried to play Forza Horizon 3 online, but got an error saying I couldn’t access it. After checking, it looks like I’m missing two out of three Xbox Live services: Xbox Live Game Save and Xbox Live Networking Service. There isn’t much guidance online on how to fix this. Can someone help me? Thanks.

I question whether this will resolve the issue, as I believe Horizon 3 isn't related to the services. The list you found indicates the standard Windows services, and reinstalling Horizon 3 shouldn't help. You can check the configuration at http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/window...iguration/

I was really surprised to see you on Xbox, but I thought you were using another platform. I might reinstall Windows or try something else since this seems suspicious.

I also discovered another link and saved the networking services as a .reg file. When I tried to add it, I encountered an error message indicating a writing or filesystem issue. I considered reinstalling Windows 10, but I’m not keen on doing that.

After two months, I was doubting the creators' update. Today I refreshed, and it resolved the two missing services.
