completed my initial PC setup using a Gigabyte B650M S2H and a Ryzen 5 7600X. Initially, connecting it made it hard to access BIOS via Delete Kea. After trying various keas on the screen (I can’t recall which ones), I reached this display but couldn’t select any options with my mouse or keyboard. I’ve checked all USB ports on the case and motherboard—they seem functional since I can move my mouse and reach this screen from one that required a kea press—and I’ve used the latest drivers for a USB stick.

Found a fix. The USB wasn't secured correctly on the motherboard because it slipped out slightly during connection.
