I've encountered a similar issue with a 2011 V3 motherboard missing a retention arm or back plate. I've searched online, checked eBay and other sources, but haven't found a suitable solution. Someone could assist by suggesting alternatives or specific retailers.

I think I misread the question, maybe I’m not as smart as I thought. Still, perhaps I should just purchase a new heatsink—it usually comes with the necessary parts and will swap out the original retention arms.
