I continue encountering issues with both DRIVER_POWER_STATE and VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR errors.
I have a Lenovo P52 equipped with a NVIDIA P1000, an i7-8750H processor, 32GB of RAM, and 3 TB of storage. Anyone have a suggestion?
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Reviewing your .dmp file; nvlddmkm.sys is what I notice as the problem.
For your situation, ensure you're using the latest BIOS for your laptop. Then verify if your OS needs any updates. Next, run DDU in Safe Mode to remove all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia), reboot, and then install the newest driver from Nvidia's support site via an elevated command—right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.
P.S.: Only one .dmp file appears in the URL you shared.
Moved the thread from the Systems section to the Laptop Tech Support section.
Apologies for the delay in replying. I've completed all the necessary steps and haven't experienced a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE yet, though I frequently encounter VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR. The minidump related to the DXGKRNL failure is available.
