In windows settings, I decided to put 6 cores utilized to boot instead of 1. Now my pc goes into startup repair and does nothing. I can't access safe mode and I can't seem to find anything in my bios. I currently have a m5a97 r2.0 motherboard with asus uefi

What about it is not working, you have to be more specific.

I experienced that issue before and had to reinstall Windows. The next time I tried setting up boot with multiple cores, I realized Windows asks for the number of cores available. If your CPU has 8 but you only have 4, it needs to pick 4 or fewer; otherwise it won’t work. I’m still working on my English, so I hope you grasp the main point, okay?
