Someone has any ideas about why your frame rate drops after switching from HDD to SSD, along with frame tearing. You mentioned you've checked all settings, updated BIOS and drivers, and everything seems fine. Your system specs are listed, and a benchmark shows everything normal. I'm puzzled as to why performance drops so much and the game stutters unexpectedly.
What is the model and make of the SSD? Was it a brand new unit or a used one? Which bench tests were conducted? Is this SSD the main system drive or just a secondary gaming drive? Have you checked CrystalDiskInfo, and what did it show? Did you run CrystalDiskMark, and what were the outcomes after the test? What is the make and model of your motherboard? Please submit UserBenchmark results if available.
After running userbench(mark), observe the outcomes. Share the link.
It might not be as straightforward as adjusting settings like vsync or power. The M.2 SSD shouldn't be the issue, but just trying to move it to the second slot. You have several options. I should check if there are any problems from the first slot. It seems I didn't need to reinstall Windows since I've already moved the M.2 SSDs on Intel without issues.
