I think eight threads aren't enough, and even some recent games lag with that CPU. I don't understand why your Ryzen acted that way, but mine doesn't. Why didn't you return the CPU? You ended up with a worse one instead.
I want to highlight that the architecture isn<|pad|>, not what improves emulation this time. It's really about the clocks. Ryzen actually delivers a slight edge in operations per clock compared to Intel.
