My build details
1 Rtx 2070 gaming z
1 Ryzen 7 2700x
Liquid AIO Cooler
2x 8gb 3000mhz ram
750w Rmx gold plus PSU
Msi Gaming Plus
1080p 144hz monitor

I managed to overclock it and achieved 4.3ghz with 3000mhz RAM during cinabench, working at around 60-70°C.
The next day, upon turning it on, the motherboard reset the BIOS.
I attempted another overclock but failed. I set the settings to 4ghz for the CPU and 2133 for RAM by default, yet it still didn’t respond.
It consistently reverts back to factory defaults.
Could you assist?

^ That is a generic Windows error message and could mean many different things.
I'd try using a restore point and see if that fixes the issue.
Also you should probably run Memtest86+ to be sure your RAM is 100% stable running at the OC speeds you set.
Memtest86+ | The Open-Source Memory Testing Tool
Memtest86+ is an advanced, free, open-source, stand-alone memory tester for 32- and 64-bit computers (UEFI & BIOS supported)

I reset the bios using CMOS and it functioned properly.
However, now every few minutes it displays "HOUR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM" without mentioning the problem.
This makes me even more confused!

That is a common Windows error and might indicate various problems. I’d consider using a restore point to check if it resolves the issue. Additionally, running Memtest86+ would help confirm your RAM stability at the speeds you configured.
