So i press on Intall now and then i choose custom install and i format the disk (it ha only 1) i press on next and wait till everyting is 100%

The installer may not restart properly once the initial reboot occurs if the connection is lost.

All content reaches full completion before initiating a restart. Then the initial language selection appears, such as choosing the language keyboard language.

I didn't disconnect anything, so the USB stick remains connected all the time.

You're setting up Win10 using a DVD or USB drive. Once the installation finishes, make sure to take the disc out—otherwise the setup might attempt another install.
