It's just a small pop-up that comes up in the bottom right corner of my PC screen. I took a picture but can't show you it here because it looks weird. It's like an adult woman saying something naughty, and she asked me to do some dirty things. My wife works here at home so kids were watching Netflix on her computer today when this happened. Even after trying Microsoft scan, spyware blaster, and spybot search and destroy with no fix, I don't know what it is. Any help?

What AV did you try? Sometimes those AV's don't catch things, because they just pop up when something bad happens. You can fix this by checking the Task Manager > finding the process > deleting that file and other suspicious ones manually. Here is how: Open Task Manager and wait for the popup to show up. When it shows up, a random process will start using some CPU and a little RAM. Turn on the sort feature so apps are listed with the highest CPU usage first. Wait patiently until you see where the popup came from. Once found, right-click on that process and choose "Open File Location". This will show an Explorer window where you can delete the file. That should remove the popup and hopefully stop it in the future. Check out this link for more info: https://imgur.com/a/fHkocVS
