I own an Asrock z390 phantom gaming 4s, and when I access the OC tweaker and CPU configuration, I don’t see a CPU ratio setting. I checked YouTube and thought it should exist, but it’s missing. Assistance would be appreciated.

I located it, though it wasn't in my bios. The slider was in the motherboard app on desktop... Thanks.
