This has been an issue for a year, but usually I just power on and off my PC until it starts. My restarts always triggered this problem. This time I powered down the PC and attempted to turn it off and on, but now my peripherals won’t turn on at all. Then I purchased a motherboard speaker and removed my RAM, turning the PC on with three beeps. After putting the RAM back in, there were no beeps and the issue persisted.

Specs: Processor – AMD Ryzen 9 5900X (12-Core) 4.8 GHz Turbo
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME X570-P
Memory: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz Digital Storm
Performance Series
Power Supply: 850W Digital Storm Performance Series (Modular), 80 Plus Gold
Graphics Card(s): 1x GeForce RTX 3080 10GB (Performance Edition, VR Ready)

Sorry if I wasn't precise, I seem to be missing GPU output and peripheral functionality, though my PC's fans are working and everything else is fine.
