Hello I respect everyone who helps me!
So the problem is that every time I overclock my GPU even the least I get dxgi_error_device_ hung or reset.
The games I have tested overclocking with are Overwatch, SNOW and Skyrim. SNOW usually ends with hung or reset, Skyrim usually ends with only hung and Overwatch just goes black and I have to reset.
After I open one of these games after overclocking my GPU I can play for about 30 seconds before random parts of the game start to get blurry. Then it continues as I already told you.
I have tried only overclocking one thing in my GPU but results haven't still changed. And I believe I should tell you that my GPU is XFX RX 580 GTR-S black edition.
My GPU's max temperature is also 90°C and target is 75°C, My GPU is also getting automatically voltage the amount it needs for overclocking.
I use ASUS GPU Tweak ll and Wattman to overclock my GPU. I also have installed all the latest drivers for everything in my PC.
I don't if there's anything relevant about my GPU anymore so I hope this was enough to make you understand my situation and GPU.
I appreciate all the help you can give me.

I've experienced issues when using Wattman with other third-party GPU tools. (Like ASUS GPU tweak)
When I used Wattman together with MSI Afterburner, I couldn't overclock and the core clock would freeze at 300Mhz.
I ended up avoiding Wattman altogether. The solution is to use DDU to uninstall your Crimson drivers and reinstall the newest ones... but don't open Wattman or accept the disclaimer box. This will keep it turned off.
Now hopefully you can use other GPU tweaking programs without problems. I rely on MSI Afterburner for overclocking, while I'm still unsure about ASUS GPU tweak.
Good luck!

You're aware that your graphics card might already be overclocked. I'm certain that attempting to push it beyond the limits of most third-party GeForce GTX models will likely cause blue screens, based on my experience.

I haven't tried any Asus GPU adjustments; I mostly rely on AMD Global Wattman and MSI Afterburner with Dynamics disabled.

However, there might be a hardware issue with your graphics card. In that case, you should return it for repair (RMA) since the 580 is brand new. XFX has a solid service team and good customer support according to my knowledge.

If you prefer not to return the card, you could reinstall it completely using DDU, following the steps mentioned. You might also want to switch to different power connectors from your PSU and reinsert the graphics card into another PCIe 16x slot to check for any faulty components.

Sharing your computer's parts and specs would allow us to assist you further.

It's possible your graphics card was overclocked before purchase. Many third-party GeForce GTX models often cause blue screens when overclocked. I haven't tried the Asus GPU tweak settings; I mostly use AMD Global Wattman and MSI Afterburner with Dynamics disabled.

There might be a defect with your card, so consider returning it via RMA since this model is new. XFX has good service and customer support based on my experience.

If you prefer not to return the card, you could reinstall it using DDU, replacing the power connectors and possibly moving it to another PCIe 16x slot to check for hardware issues.

Sharing your computer's parts and specs would help us assist further.

I used DDU three times: once with Afterburner, then Afterburner and Wattman, and finally just Wattman. All setups still experienced hangs or resets.

My RX 580 likely had the highest core clock among these cards, though it should not consistently run below 1430 unless overclocked properly. The card's website mentioned strong overclocking potential with Wattman.

My motherboard only has one PCIe Express 16 slot; I'll experiment with different power connectors if needed.

PC specs:
- Motherboard: MOBO Asus Prime B350-plus
- CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
- Case: Phanteks P400
- PSU: Seasonic G-550
- RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200 16GB
- GPU: XFX RX 580 GTR-S black
- Display: Asus VG248QE

I'm unsure about the display's relevance, but it might affect performance via screen tearing. I won't use virtual super resolution as it limits to 144Hz.

Let me know if you need more details about my setup. There could be some typos since I wrote this at 4 AM with my phone.
