I previously used regular surfshark but it blocked services like WireGuard, OpenVPN and IKE2. I switched to Surkshark's Dedicated VPN because many VPNs were blocked due to my country. It functioned for about six months, but now I can't connect with my PC using an Ethernet cable. I managed to access the VPN via Wi-Fi on my phone, but not with the PC. I'm trying to understand why this happens and how to prevent it. I used a free VPN called Turbo VPN, but it didn't work well because it's free. I also need to use Turbo VPN to log in to Surkshark since they block it. I want to stick with Surkshark as I've already paid for it and it works fine on my phone. I've tried manual connections with WireGuard and OpenVPN, but they don't work. When the PC connects, the internet goes away. What should I do?
