In my 2018 setup, I used one drive for the operating system and applications, while the other was dedicated to video editing. For my 2022 configuration, I have both drives set up in RAID 1, but I'm open to adjusting that arrangement.

Thank you to all who assisted me. After additional research, I think I’ll go for a 1440p resolution with more frames per second. If you’d like to adjust my suggestions based on this choice, just let me know. Thanks again!
