Your DSL connection was accidentally disconnected, leaving you without internet. The status light shows green while the internet light remains red. On your phone, it displays a Wi-Fi signal but no active internet access. After trying resets and restarts of the router, the issue persists. Please let me know if this isn't the appropriate place to share your problem.

It wasn't clear that I just reinserted the DSL cable.

Do you own a modem in addition to this router? Be sure to restart both. (Disconnect for a minimum of 60 seconds.)

The image you share combines a gateway, modem, and router into a single unit. You can only restart it by power cycling. If the issue persists, contact your internet service provider.

You ask if 'pulled out' refers to normal disconnection or removing the cord completely. If removed, the phone's DSL cable might be damaged—check for a spare cord—or the jack on the modem could be bent where the phone cable connects.
