Someone shared a Toshiba Chromebook 2 with enterprise enrollment, but I’m having trouble removing it myself. I also checked the developer mode setting, which is turned off. Anyone have tips on how to get rid of that enrollment?

When a factory reset fails, the best course of action is to contact the organization it's associated with and inquire about removing it.

Consider attempting to reinstall the Chromebook from a recovery USB, but if the organization it's registered with has force re-enrollment activated, they must take the device out of their agreement.
