I have a laptop with the setup you mentioned for gaming and work. The CPU is Ryzen 5 4600H, GPU is Nvidia 1660 Ti, RAM is 16 GB DDR4. I've been trying to set up Docker and Linux, but whenever I turn on WSL support I face BSOD errors and the system won't boot into Windows. I changed BIOS settings to disable virtualization and then tried disabling WSL in Windows. Eventually I created a dual-boot system, but switching between Windows and Linux is slow and frustrating. Is there a solution to fix this and run a VM in Windows?

No, I haven't explored using a VM like VirtualBox as an alternative to WSL.

Docker functions smoothly in WSL2, which I rely on regularly at work. It's important to remember that WSL1 doesn't support Docker. Both versions have their ups and downs. For more information, you can check the official documentation here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows...e-versions. Unfortunately, I can't assist further without more specifics about your problem, such as the exact BSOD code you encountered. You can review past crashes easily using this tool: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html BSOD indicates a hardware issue or a driver problem that can't be fixed.
