Hello, I recently upgraded my internet speed and installed a new modem and router. Almost all devices now function smoothly, and the outdated router no longer causes random Wi-Fi drops. However, one computer is experiencing intermittent issues—especially during gaming. It disconnects briefly but reconnects instantly, appearing to only affect one service at a time (Discord may drop while games work fine).

I've tried numerous fixes: running `ipconfig /flush` and `renew`, updating drivers, disabling power-saving settings, resetting the adapter, changing Ethernet cables or outlets, and even switching to Wi-Fi. No viruses or outdated software are present. I also reinstalled network drivers and restored network settings.

The computer in question uses a Netgear Powerline Ethernet adapter, which has never been problematic before. Despite all adjustments, it still doesn’t work properly. I contacted Netgear for support, but their help is limited to 90 days unless an extension is purchased.

I’m hoping to avoid a full system restore to keep my files intact and avoid reinstalling Windows. If this is the only option, I’ll proceed. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as gaming is now nearly impossible. Please let me know if you need any additional information. The model of the new modem and router is: Spectrum DOCSIS 3.1 and RAC2V1K. The computer’s current IP configuration shows: Windows IP Configuration Host Name, etc., indicating it’s using DHCP.
