Clear your DNS cache with "ipconfig /flushdns" via CMD as an administrator. Erase all recognized network settings. Uninstall and reinstall all drivers linked to networking through the latest versions from the adapter maker’s site—you’ll need an internet-connected machine for this. Execute "SFC /scannow" from CMD as Admin.
