You've transferred all your C drive files to the D drive, including your run files. If you delete everything from the C drive, your run drives should still function properly.

it seems unlikely at the moment since your system is starting from the C drive. unless you completely move the full Windows setup to the D drive, there could be issues if you remove everything from the C drive.

Moving OS and applications isn't possible without precise file locations. Both require exact file paths. Some programs might function, while others won't. For the operating system, you must either clone the entire drive or reinstall it.
