I adjusted several registry entries and want to restore everything to its original state without losing any files or data. I modified permissions, ownership, and other settings to resolve an issue. I’m using Windows 11.

Without backing up the registry prior to making changes, recovering to the original state in Windows 11 would require a complete reinstall of the operating system.
