Prime 95 would be the final challenge, but your only experience is at 4.9GHz. You could keep things as they are now and rely on it until it fails—just reset the BIOS if needed.

80 is a typical CPU temperature, nothing to worry about. Just check it online alongside other 9700K models and you’ll see similar results. With a 8700K running at 5GHz on all cores, you could reach around 1500, while the 12-core 8700K with 6 cores might hit 1500 as well.
