Hello, I'm facing a problem updating my MSI B450m Pro-VDH Plus with retail UEFI. Since it comes from NTT Systems, does anyone know if it's safe to flash it?

Unless you can confirm with absolute certainty that that board and the non OEM board are exactly the same, I wouldn't even consider attempting it. Unless you have a BIOS flashback type of safeguard on the board: you put the wrong BIOS on the board and it bricks.
